Our typical training hours are Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Plus, to keep our hybrid training, observations, and team meetings smooth, you'll need to live within a 20-minute drive of a Brightmont school.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree

  • Secondary education experience is a fantastic bonus!
