Job Description

The Instructor Talent coordinator is responsible for supporting day to day operations across Talent Acquisition, Training and Development. This role requires a highly organized, detail orientated individual who can work independently, take initiative and stay ahead of priorities. The ideal candidate anticipates needs and ensures processes run smoothly in a fast paced environment.

This role is a full-time role  [based out of our Headquarters in NYC] and reports to the Sr. Manager, Instructor Training & Development.

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support end-to-end project workflows across talent acquisition, instructor training, and format innovation initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications stay on track
  • Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with Talent Management, People, Operations, PR, and Marketing to align on priorities and execute programs seamlessly
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and administration for auditions, training workshops, seminars, drills, and events - both virtual and in-person
  • Maintain and manage department tools, platforms, and inboxes (including Smartrecruiters, Spark Hire, and Soul-R), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-through
  • Track and communicate payroll, expense reports, and offer status to relevant teams, serving as a reliable point of contact for cross-departmental information flow
  • Support curriculum development and regionalized program design in partnership with senior leadership to meet evolving business needs
  • Assist with candidate pipeline management, instructor onboarding, and pass-off processes, ensuring a smooth experience from recruitment through training and instructor re-engagements.
  • Support the development and rollout of new class formats and innovative programming to expand SoulCycle's schedule offerings
Qualifications
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience leadership is a plus
  • Should have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members and senior management
  • Proficient in Google & MS Office applications
  • A personal passion for fitness and/or SoulCycle a huge plus
  • Experience compiling and delivering constructive feedback
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and quick turnaround
  • Positive, can-do, attitude

Pay Transparency: $60k - $65k
