Job Description Position Summary Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Technical Instructor to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves developing and delivering training on data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence methodologies, with a focus on practical, hands-on instructional content for technical users. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Possess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies. * Develop and deliver training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development. * Demonstrate familiarity with secure data environments, role-based access controls (RBAC), and cataloging standards. * Create and adapt hands-on instructional content including practical exercises simulating real-world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks. * Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and Government-directed priorities. * Facilitate documentation, post-training support, and dynamic engagement with both U.S. and partner nation personnel using strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction. * Working knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, with practical exposure to ESRI ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks, or other mission-relevant tools. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting interagency collaboration, training program evaluation, or working with international or partner-nation personnel. Required Education and Experience Equivalency * Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field. * OR Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction. Required Certifications * None specified.
