Academic Dean Of Nursing

The Academic Dean of Nursing oversees the academic operations of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program and other nursing-related programs within a college or university. This leadership role ensures high-quality education, compliance with accreditation standards, and the development of competent nursing professionals. The Dean collaborates with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to advance the institution's nursing education mission.

Salary: $115,000-$130,000

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for the nursing program.
  • Oversee curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and emerging healthcare trends.

Faculty Management:
