Starting Salary: $112.000 - $114,000 (commensurate with educational background/experience)
Position PurposeThe CTAE Director serves as the visionary leader of the College and Career Academy (CCA) and the external-facing leader for the Jones County School System (JCSS) CCA. The position provides strategic leadership for the continuous improvement of CCA programs, operations, and partnerships. The CTAE Director develops and maintains strategic partnerships with business and industry, postsecondary institutions, community organizations, and government agencies to strengthen curriculum, programming, and workforce development opportunities. Using data-driven processes for planning, implementation, and monitoring, the position directs administrative, curricular, and instructional services designed to improve student outcomes, expand college and career opportunities, and align CCA programs with local workforce needs.
