As a Product Analyst in Cross Currency Solutions, you work closely with the Product team to provide insights and data to support a product within a function, such as an application, system, or discipline. Gain exposure in product management, product delivery, and product portfolio operations to help prepare you for a thriving career at JPMorgan Chase. You will collaborate with FIG Payments Sales, GCB Bankers and FX Marketers to ensure aligned positioning for clients. You will identify FX conversion opportunities and prospecting the identified clients.
You will join the business development and product solutions specialist team, to take a regional role in assisting on the execution of the FIG FX growth strategy for Banks. As the leading clearer of USD, JPMorgan FIG Payments has an unparalleled depth of FI relationships across the Latin America (LATAM), with whom it is looking to continue the growth of its FX Payments wallet share. FX revenue derived from payment flows are a core focus for the LATAM payments business and across the greater Commercial and Investment Bank business.
Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
  • Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
  • Assists in research and data collection
  • Supports the team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
  • Assist with pipeline management - target list development, execution from pre-sales to winning mandates and closing deals, senior management reporting
  • Coordinate with FIG Payments Sales, JPM Corporate Bankers and Markets FX Sales for proactive and targeted client calling; develop and present client relevant and solution-orientated presentations
  • Manage the global and regional Cross Currency payments agenda and business development in the LATAM region
  • Analyze the existing payments data to ensure the correct prioritization of FX conversion opportunities is being prosecuted by the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain area or project management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Understanding of basic analytics tools
  • Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Spanish

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • Cross border or FX payments experience
