Job description

Job Overview:
A CureMD Implementation Specialist (IS) leads the implementation process to successfully onboard medical offices onto CureMD's suite of services, including Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Electronic Health Records. As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, and coordinating CureMD and client activities, tracking progress, and managing project risks. This is a full-time onsite (hybrid) position based out of HQ located in New York, requiring up to 40% travel.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partners with clients to create and execute on-time implementation plans, balancing time and budget with high customer satisfaction.
  • Leads key activities including workflow assessment and optimization, roll-out planning, training plan development, change management road-mapping, Go-Live Support.
  • Liasons between internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration workflows.
  • Travel nationally to deliver onsite training and go-live support.
  • Develops and maintains expertise on all CureMD solutions.
  • Follows established project management SOPs and methodology, ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation.
  • Works closely with Implementation leadership to constantly evaluate and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Provides end-user training as needed.
  • Mentors Implementation Associates (IA) as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, practice management, and/or patient portal implementations in the outpatient/ambulatory space.
  • Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules.
  • Strong client and relationship focus with proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Very tech savvy - previous experience in a technical role a plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management experience
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 40% of the time.

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
