ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION VACANCY

SUMMARY: Sport Camp Assistant

SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU WILL GET TO DO (this is just a small sampling of work variety):

  • Work with prospective student athletes.
  • Set up and tear down of camp equipment.
  • Understanding/Appreciation for Intercollegiate Athletics
  • Excellent communication skills (responding with work availability, ability to work, etc.) and attendance and being punctual is critical.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment, multi-task and respond quickly.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Responsible and dependable.
  • Ability to work well with various people including youth, prospective student athletes, faculty, staff.
  • Motivated, innovative, and shows initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working youth athletic camps.
