About Us

All Stars Cricket Arena is one of the largest private cricket facilities in the United States. As we continue to expand, we are developing a new outdoor cricket complex in Aubrey, Texas, featuring eight international standard natural turf grounds.

We are seeking an experienced Cricket Pitch Curator to help build and maintain world class playing surfaces that support player development, leagues, and high level competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and development of eight natural turf cricket grounds in Aubrey, Texas.
  • Prepare and maintain natural turf wickets and outfields to high performance standards.
  • Oversee pitch preparation for training, league matches, and tournaments.
  • Manage irrigation, drainage, fertilization, mowing, rolling, and overall turf health.
  • Maintain turf equipment and supervise grounds staff as operations grow.
  • Work closely with coaches and management to deliver consistent, high quality playing conditions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cricket Pitch Curator or Grounds Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of natural turf wicket preparation and sports turf management.
  • Experience in developing new cricket grounds is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate turf maintenance equipment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
