Position Summary:

As an Equipment Operator at Marcella Golf Club, you will be responsible for operating machinery such as (but not limited to): Tri-plex Mowers, Fairway Mowers, Rollers, Sprayers, Aerifiers, Tractors and Skid Steers.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Safely and responsibly operate machinery
  • Mowing and maintenance of greens, tees, approaches, fairways and rough
  • Aerification processes of greens, tees, approaches and fairways
  • Fertilizer applications
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of equipment operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Effectively identify Golf Course details
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Basic Understanding of machine operation
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Punctual attendance
  • Effective Communication
