Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our unique, 3-story culinary destination. This dynamic role spans a lively casual experience on the lower levels and an elegant fine-dining atmosphere on our premier floor. You will craft high-quality cocktails, curate exceptional wine pairings, and deliver flawless hospitality across different dining concepts.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with fine-dining experience)
  • Additional Earnings: High-volume daily tips and gratuities
  • Perks: Flexible scheduling, staff meal discounts, and career growth opportunities
Expected Hours & Shifts:
  • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time positions available
  • Weekly Hours: 25 – 40 hours per week
  • Shift Times: Primarily afternoon, evening, and late-night shifts
  • Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and major holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft Mixology: Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, speed, and premium presentation.
  • Wine Stewardship: Guide guests through an extensive wine list, offering expert pairing recommendations for both casual and upscale menus.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale establishment.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of premium spirits, classic cocktails, and international wine regions.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, physical stamina for navigating a multi-story layout, and flawless multi-tasking abilities.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certifications: TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is highly preferred.
