Job description

Program Manager
The Opportunity:
As a Program Manager, provide mission support for the planning, coordinating, and executing of exercises conducted by the client, authorized to obligate, and commit the Booz Allen team for mission support. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced military skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, mentor, and manage team members to ensure Army missions are fully supported and executed through the management of employees, performance to Warfighter Exercises (WFX), Risk Reduction Events (RREs), and steady-state activities, and work in conjunction with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and client senior leadership. The Program Manager manages personnel to ensure Army missions are fully supported to include management of employees, performance, recruiting, discipline, and any financial responsibility.
You Have:
  • Experience with utilization of simulations in support of Army, Joint, and multinational exercises
  • Experience serving in a key developmental position at Corps or Division
  • Experience as a colonel
  • Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of War College, including MEL 1 graduate

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience as a brigade commander
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
