What Youโ€™ll Own

The People and Culture Administrative Assistant is a key support role that helps keep our People & Culture work running smoothly and on time. Working under the direction of the SVP of People and Culture, youโ€™ll provide administrative support across Training, Recruiting, Belonging, and core HR functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receive, update, and maintain our training and recruitment library plus the policy/procedure repository
- Support department events and trainings, including materials readiness, hospitality, and room set-up/tear-down
- Maintain and update the People and Culture area of our SharePoint intranet page
- Handle data entry, file management, and confidential information with discretion
Required skills/qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SharePoint administration/maintenance
- Strong organization, time management, communication, and attention to detail
- Customer-service mindset and basic HR fundamentals
