Cultivation Tech I is an entry level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations to include potting, manicuring, and harvesting.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
  • Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing.
  • Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.
  • Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
  • Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
  • Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
  • Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the companyโ€™s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check
  • Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations

Education and Experience Requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times

  • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
