Position Summary

The Cultivation Technician provides care and support for plant cultivation through abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This position is responsible for proper care of all plants while assuring quality to expected company standards and ensuring a safe work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest in indoor grow, watering, feeding, monitoring environment, etc., as needed
  • Pruning
  • Cloning
  • Transplant and moving plants
  • Inspecting product for mold diseases , fungus , bugs, or abnormalities.
  • Cleaning and proper sanitation of all work areas as well as any tools used in trimming, curing, etc.
  • Follow all rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain safe and healthy work environment by following OSHA regulations, organization standards and legal regulations
  • Keep good records and follow good documentation practices
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management
