We are looking for a dependable and experienced Kitchen Manager for our White Bear Lake, MN location, to lead daily kitchen operations and support a high-performing culinary environment.

Position Summary

The Kitchen Manager oversees all back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, kitchen efficiency, cleanliness, safety compliance, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on culinary management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow
  • Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Monitor food costs, waste, and labor expenses
  • Enforce health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service
