Job Description:

This fantastic opportunity to be a fun, energetic and pro-active Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of the kitchen including staff management, scheduling, discipline and coaching; food prep, safety, quality, taste and presentation; and kitchen function and maintenance. Must be an exemplary team leader and motivator as well as an excellent communicator and teacher. The right candidate will be a master of all mechanical functions, as well—the total package!

Job Duties:

· Develop and standardize recipes

· Plan and direct food prep and culinary activities

· Review food and beverage purchases

· Effectively delegate work to ensure an efficient kitchen
