Starting Salary:
Starting salary range is $26.00 - $28.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, subject to culinary cooking test.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook. The ideal candidate will have strong overall knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques in both fine dining and banquet settings. The candidate should also have experience with afternoon teas, buffets, and plated desserts. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.
· At least 2 years of previous pastry experience required
· Prior fine dining experience required
· Culinary degree or related hotel experience
· Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
· Refined verbal communication skills
· Ability to work single station in the kitchen
· Strong customer service and teamwork skills
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
