The Plateau Travel Plaza is opening soon, and we are building a strong front-of-house team to support Three Teepees Café in our newly remodeled and expanded property, including service on the gaming floor.
We are currently seeking a Server who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on interaction, multitasks well, and understands how great service enhances the guest experience.
What you'll do
  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve guests in the café and on the gaming floor
  • Ensure orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner
  • Handle cash, tips, and point-of-sale transactions accurately
  • Respond to guest questions or concerns in a positive manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and shared spaces
  • Follow food safety, alcohol service, and guest service standards
  • Support a welcoming, respectful, and team-focused environment

The starting wage for a Server is $15.00 per hour plus tips, depending on experience (DOE), with a shift differential for non-standard hours, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

A few qualities we're looking for:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Previous serving experience preferred
  • Experience as a bartender and/or barista is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a criminal history background check and pre-employment drug testing upon offer of hire
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
