Job description

Provides a wide range of diversified administrative functions for both CTWS Human Resources and Compensation and Benefits. Record, process, and file information about employee addresses and other personal information, wage rates, transfers, promotions, performance appraisals, etc., and furnish information from such files to authorized people. Serve as a liaison between employees, managed care program, various providers and representatives of outside administrators and other outside entities. Other duties as assigned. Always maintain a strict and high level of confidentiality. Attendance and punctuality are a MUST for this position.
Requirements
Associate's degree in business administration preferred. Three years' related experience such as insurance, accounting, information systems, and/or general office, general financial understanding and filing. Submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Also, submit and pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
