Daisy, a Norteño Cantina-Style Bar with Northern Mexican cuisine by Chef Alan Sanz.

We’re looking for a passionate and talented chef to join our team to lead the kitchen staff and hold the standards and quality of Chef Alan while ensuring the financial success of the BOH department. This individual will work closely with Chef Alan and the Sous Chefs to lead the kitchen team to success through coaching, supervision, training, and accountability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a chef in a high volume chef driven concept
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Computer competence: Apps, Excel, Google Suite, CTUIT, Toast, 7Shifts, Craftable
- Understanding of the financials of a business
- Knowledge and skills of advanced cooking techniques
**Experience in Mexican cuisine is a plus
**Spanish fluency is a plus
