Job description

We are currently seeking part-time UNARMED OFFICERS to perform special assignments in the Nashville area. The selected individual will monitor and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
  • Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
  • On-going part-time Unarmed security officer assignment

  • Evening shift 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm (7) days a week 

  • De-escalate disruptive encounters of customers and/or employees

  • Check in and out with the Manager On Duty (MOD)

  • Any other specific site instructions will be provided by the MOD 

  • Must have reliable phone communications and transportation

  • Must possess a valid State of TN unarmed guard license or ability to obtain one

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields preferred
  • Familiarity with security equipment such as camera and alarm monitoring
  • Strong attention to detail
