Job description

  1. Expand specialized transportation opportunities and maintain relationships with boards of education, clients, caseworkers, third-party administrators, attorneys and
  2. Assist with preparing quotes, proposals and presentations as needed.
  3. Coordinate transportation between clients and transportation
  4. Manage requests using telephone, voicemail, email and computerized scheduling
  5. Maintain manual and electronic data collection
  6. Monitor transportation provider performance across contracts and escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
  7. Intake complaints for all contracts.
  8. Aid in the research/development of the provider network as needed for Specialized Transportation department

Education and/or Experience:

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

The ability to understand more advanced computer skills and be proficient in using the internet and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Hourly Rate of Pay $18.50
