Technical Supervisor โ€“ Mobile Device Repair

Electronics Renewal LLC dba The Goldie Group is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a small team of mobile device repair technicians in our Nashville repair facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong smartphone repair experience and industry certifications.

Candidates with experience in OEM repair, insurance repair programs, or high-volume device refurbishment and cosmetic uplift environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of 10-15 mobile device repair technicians
  • Perform advanced smartphone diagnostics and repairs
  • Ensure repairs meet industry certification standards
  • Train technicians and assist with complex repairs
  • Monitor repair quality, productivity, and turnaround times
  • Support refurbishment services and processes
  • Maintain repair documentation and quality procedures

Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years mobile device repair experience
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience
  • Samsung Certified Technician
  • CTIA or WISE certification required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for smartphones and tablets
  • English required
