Amtel Repair is looking for candidates with good peopleskills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology! Salesexperience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to learn electronic repairs.

Responsibilities

Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliveroutstanding service.

Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems byrepairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.

Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technologyin the industry.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Face-to-face customer service experience

Experience with product service support or troubleshootingelectronics

Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products

Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops,gaming systems, and other electronic devices

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings,weekends, and holidays

Sales experience is a big plus

Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus(i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
