Your Key Responsibilities As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will: Act as the primary scrub person during surgical procedures, ensuring instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready and sterile. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, using advanced techniques to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate needs and provide seamless intra-operative support. Assist in maintaining the sterile field and uphold the highest standards of patient safety. On-Call Requirement: Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to ensure rapid response times when on call.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST). CPR certification. Thorough knowledge of operative procedures, surgical equipment, and instrumentation. Preferred Experience: 2+ years of hospital surgical experience.
