We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Call Center team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, helping them schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure they receive the outstanding experience that Bill Pearce Motors is known for.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and answering questions regarding their vehicle's maintenance needs

  • Build positive relationships with customers and help create an exceptional service experience
