Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Industry: Manufacturing / Distribution

Location (City, State): Burr Ridge, IL (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Assignment Type: Contract (through December with potential extension based on business needs and performance)

Pay: $22–25/hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from order placement through resolution of inquiries.   • Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems along with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
