Relief Administrative Assistant, Northampton
CSO is looking for a Relief Administrative Assistant for our clinic in Northampton.
Gain valuable experience as you work with our dynamic and professional clinical team! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general reception, clerical and billing duties.
Starting Pay: $16/hour
As an Administrative Assistant:
You will:
  • Provide overall administrative and program support including dissemination of program materials and maintaining stock of forms, marketing and program calendar materials.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct caller or document to appropriate staff
  • Ensure proper staff person or department is notified in a timely manner upon a visitor's arrival and monitor to ensure visitor receives a response.
  • Respond to customer service issues, follow up customer service issues, and ensure customer issues are professionally resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clerical support for documentation, administrative paperwork and data collection according to contract guidelines; ensure neat, accurate, and timely records in accordance with agency policies and procedures along with all regulatory bodies.
  • Update monthly newsletter and marketing materials including flyers and monthly calendar.
  • Support Director in the management of purchase requests, check requests, and petty cash reconciliation.
Your Background:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with demonstrated reception, typing, word processing and office skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientated
