Job Description Resident Consultant Overview This is a technical role providing post-sales REMOTE support of TRIFACTA products and related technologies. As a Resident Consultant, you will develop a reputation as both an Analytics expert and an advisor to your customer. You will be on the front line helping by doing things like implementing, upgrading, migrating, teaching, and optimizing Server configuration and Designer workflows.

Responsibilities Build strong relationships within the client and work with the champions, business partners and technical staff. Provide contribution to Trifacta Center of Excellence (COE) and best practices. Understand data preparation, data visualization, data analytics, and data engineering.

Use professional concepts and objectives to resolve issues in creative and effective ways. Create and deliver best practices recommendations, custom training, Knowledge Base articles and technical presentations adapting to key business and technical stakeholders. Create custom templates (reusable flows and recipes) for re-usable use-cases to accelerate the data preparation process.

Interact with CSM/Trifacta product team on new product features and improvements. Partner with the client's infrastructure team and implement Trifacta platform monitoring routines. Advise and architect on data engineering implementation engagements from concept to operations, providing technical subject matter expertise for successful deployments.

Communicate to executive level audiences in interpersonal and presentation formats. Qualifications A minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with enterprise software solutions 5+ years' experience as a CSM, professional services, pre-sales, technical architect, or delivery manager Strong knowledge of languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, Spark or SAS. R/Spark on Hadoop preferred.

Strong experience in Azure, AWS and GCP Practiced in Tableau, Power BI or another visualization tool. Fluency in big data platforms including Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Spark A strong understanding of data profiling and data cleansing techniques Involvement in building and rolling out product COEs at enterprise customers. Experience in running internal POCs from evaluation to successful exit criteria.

Exercises judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Ability to leverage business acumen and subject matter expertise. Significant experience leading Technical Delivery of Enterprise Data management projects.

Expert level database and data management skills Significant and recent technical experience with Big Data, ETL/ELT Architecture.
