Job Description:
As an Implementation Specialist - Item Processing, you will play a key role in delivering CSI's item processing solutions-including POD+, Web RDC, and Smart Branch-to new and existing financial institution clients. This position combines technical configuration with customer-facing training and support, ensuring successful implementations from initial setup through go-live. You will partner closely with internal teams and bank clients to configure systems, facilitate training, and ensure a smooth transition during product implementations.
What You'll Do
Implementation & Configuration
  • Execute implementation projects including new conversions, cross-selling opportunities, and system enhancements
  • Configure item processing solutions, including POD+, Web RDC, and Smart Branch
  • Support setup of equipment such as scanners and ensure proper system configuration
  • Assist with data validation, system setup, and pre-go-live readiness

Customer Engagement & Training
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
  • Introducing customers to CSI solutions and providing product training to bank staff
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and system functionality
  • Deliver virtual training and guide customers through system usage

Project Coordination & Go-Live Support
  • Support go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition for customers
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates with internal stakeholders
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, software engineering, and support teams to deliver successful implementations
  • Stay informed on product updates and enhancements to support effective customer training and adoption

What We're Looking For
Required:

  • Understanding of file movement, FTP, and secure transfer processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Preferred:
  • Experience with CSI products such as Summit or POD+
  • Familiarity with tools like FileZilla or similar file transfer platforms
  • Experience working with financial institutions or banking systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Work Environment
  • Remote (U.S.-based)
