Job Description:
The Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving new business growth within an assigned territory. This includes identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and closing new opportunities, while promoting the full suite of CSI's Financial Crimes products and services with professionalism and accuracy.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Additional Duties:
  • Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan with clear goals and account strategies
  • Prepare detailed pricing, proposals, and other sales documentation
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support strategic sales initiatives
  • Continuously manage and report on sales pipeline activity and opportunity status

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in financial services, software, or regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, regulatory frameworks, and fraud prevention solutions
  • Proven consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Technologically proficient with an aptitude for business processes and analytical tools
  • Willingness to travel as required (25%)
  • Remote/Home Office Position
