CSG Talent is partnering with a leading environmental engineering consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager within their growing Water practice. This position offers the opportunity to lead and deliver a wide range of municipal infrastructure projects across drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and integrated water resources markets throughout New England. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, client management, technical leadership, mentoring, and regional growth strategy.

Project experience may include: Wastewater Treatment Plants Drinking Water Facilities Biosolids and Residuals Processing Pump Stations and Pipeline Conveyance Stormwater and MS4 Compliance Integrated Water Resources Projects Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design, permitting, and construction support phases Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk Support business development and client relationship management Mentor and develop junior engineering staff Deliver high-quality technical solutions for municipal clients Requirements: BS degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related Engineering field 12+ years of experience within water/wastewater engineering Strong project management and leadership experience Experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects Proficiency with MS Project and related project management tools PE License preferred or ability to obtain through reciprocity Ability to travel regionally throughout New England approximately 25% of the time This role offers remote flexibility for candidates based in New England alongside the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects within a highly respected engineering environment.
