CSG Talent is partnered with a leading employee-focused environmental engineering and infrastructure consulting organization seeking a Client Services Director to join their growing Water and Infrastructure team. This is a senior leadership opportunity designed for an experienced relationship and growth leader with deep experience supporting municipal clients and capital infrastructure programs. The successful individual will play a key role in shaping long-term client strategy, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving business growth across a portfolio of major water and wastewater clients.

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, business development, project delivery, and executive relationship management, offering the opportunity to influence large-scale programs and build long-term partnerships with high-profile municipal organizations. Responsibilities Serve as the strategic client lead for a portfolio of priority municipal clients within the water, wastewater, and infrastructure sector. Develop and execute long-term account growth plans aligned to short and long-term business objectives.

Build, strengthen, and maintain executive-level client relationships across utility and municipal organizations. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams supporting project pursuits and ongoing client delivery. Drive revenue growth through strategic account development, positioning, and opportunity identification.

Partner with technical and operational leaders to align expertise with client needs and future priorities. Lead capture strategies and support pursuit planning for major project opportunities. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and oversee the overall client experience throughout project lifecycles.

Monitor portfolio performance including growth, profitability, delivery quality, and risk management. Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to client service and business development teams. Support business unit leadership with strategic staffing, investment, and growth decisions.

Required Experience 20+ years of experience within environmental consulting, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries. Demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships and driving measurable business growth. Experience leading large and complex municipal client portfolios.

Strong understanding of capital improvement programs, utility operations, funding mechanisms, and regulatory drivers. Proven track record of winning major pursuits and developing long-term client partnerships. Experience collaborating across technical, operational, and executive teams.

Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Proven leadership experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
