Job description

Job Summary/Overview

The Customer Compliance Specialist will be responsible for creating new customer accounts and maintaining customer information to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.  This position will also be responsible for processing credits and returns. They will interact with customers, sales reps, customer service representatives and other internal departments. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enters customer master data into all ERP systems.
  • Reviews customer master data regularly to check for consistency and accuracy.
  • Interface with plant personnel, customer service, sales, and credit department on credit & return requests.
  • Enters CSCL's into ERP system to define the situation and ensure details are documented.
  • Handles incoming requests for access to our Customer Portal and Compass.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and validates documentation to support audit compliance and ensure record accuracy.
  • Processes returns, credits, and warranty claims in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Learn the organization's products, services, and policies through various training programs.
  • Meets target Key Performance Indicator's to process customer data and credit turnaround times.
  • Monitors Outlook mailboxes and ensures all inquiries are responded to within expected timeline.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required. 
  • Associate's degree from two year college or technical school preferred.
  • 1-2+ years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
     
Compensation

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in incentive plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
