Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support a program onsite in Port Hueneme, CA.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
  • Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available
  • Ensure that Active Directory accounts are properly configured
  • Assist customers in overcoming any challenges through monitoring and performance management
  • Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network
  • Turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning
  • Manage users and computers in an enterprise network

Requirements
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
  • Clearance: Must possess Interim or an active Secret clearance
  • Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
  • General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
  • Certifications: Security+ or equivalent Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenance
  • Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration
  • Experience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management

What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with multi-media systems support and community of interest (COI) network operations
  • Experience with local group policy management and file share, system, and account administration
  • Experience with configuration and change management and life cycle support
  • Experience with workstation and server hardware installation, maintenance, board replacement, and cable switching
  • Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of system development, software maintenance, and ancillary functions
  • Knowledge of cyber defense compliance and accreditation services
  • Ability to perform onsite service center support
  • Bachelor's degree

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
  • Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
