Location: Atlanta, GA

Role Overview
Under broad supervision, the Developer 3 is responsible for designing, coding, testing, modifying, and debugging software applications. This position monitors, analyzes, designs, and maintains in-house, vendor, and commercial software solutions to support operational needs. The primary scope of work involves designing, building, and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, Crystal Reports, Forms, Widgets, Power Apps, and .NET applications/services.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and assist in developing comprehensive application specifications based on user and business needs.
• Design, build, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, Crystal Reports, Forms, Widgets, Power Apps, and .NET applications.
• Maintain, support, and upgrade existing systems and applications to ensure continuous and reliable software operations.
• Function as the IT subject matter expert for assigned application areas.
• Research, analyze customer information needs, business problems, and opportunities to recommend efficient programming solutions.
• Code, compile, debug, document, and implement software programs according to established standards.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment, serving in both lead and subordinate capacities depending on project scope.

Required Skills & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or 5+ years of direct application development experience.
• SQL Development: 5+ years of experience writing SQL functions, queries, stored procedures, UDFs, triggers, transactions, and views in Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS environments.
• Reporting & Form Tools: 5+ years of experience in program, report, and form development, with strong knowledge of Crystal Reports.
• .NET Framework: 5+ years of experience with .NET web framework and proficiency in C#.NET ecosystems.
• Power Platform: 5+ years of hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power BI Services, and Power Automate.
• Version Control: 5+ years of experience using code versioning tools such as DevOps.
• Analytical Ability: Strong ability to research, analyze information, draw logical inferences, and deliver tailored software solutions.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Hospital EHR processes and procedures, including eMar, order entry, medication dispensing, assessments, and ADT.
• Familiarity with healthcare platforms such as MyAvatar, RxConnect, and Dentrix.

Additional Details
• Work Schedule: Standard schedule consisting of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Location Requirement: Candidates must be local to the Metro Atlanta area and available to work in a hybrid model, reporting on-site as directed.
