Now Hiring: Account Manager Position Summary

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customer relationships, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and service execution. This role partners across the organization to support customer needs, drive growth, and improve performance in quality, delivery, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and overall satisfaction
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, monitor margins, and recommend improvements based on market conditions and performance
  • Lead quote activities, including RFQs, follow-up, and coordination to secure new business and meet sales goals
  • Analyze account performance (profitability, on-time delivery, quality) and recommend improvements to enhance results
  • Maintain competitive and customer insights to support business growth and long-term strategy development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed across production and operations
Qualifications
  • Background in sales, account management, or customer-focused roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and customer profitability drivers
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Experience with extrusion, fabrication, coatings, or similar industrial processes preferred
