 Now Hiring: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Our team is growing! We're excited to continue to expand our teams and are seeking a new Human Resources Business Partner to help support our growth. At Crystal Finishing Systems, we believe that great teams start with great leadership. This year, join us as an HR Business Partner and help shape a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and success thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage key HR processes, including employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
  • Coach supervisors/managers on their communication, feedback, recognition, and performance expectations with direct reports.
  • Handles and attends employee relations counseling, disciplinary process, terminations, and exit interviewing for assigned area.
  • Partner with leadership to address concerns, foster communication, and drive performance.
  • Provide guidance on benefits, leave management, and workplace safety.
  • Stay current on HR trends, ensuring compliance and introducing best practices.
  • Lead training sessions and initiatives that promote growth and engagement
  • Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated, creative, and able to perform duties with minimal direction and supervision.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
  • Expertise in employment law, HR systems, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
