Job description

Join a growing team of over 900 employees at a company with more than $150 million in annual sales, specializing in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and finishing services. This position works Monday to Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am, with occasional overtime on Fridays. 

What You’ll Do: Support production operations by prepping, loading/unloading, sanding, and packaging materials. You’ll ensure quality standards are met, maintain a clean and safe work area, and operate small hand tools like sanders and blow-off guns. Tasks include:

  • Inspecting and reporting quality issues
  • Packaging and racking parts to spec
  • Prepping surfaces for finishing (sanding, buffing, wiping)
  • Supporting paint line operations
  • Maintaining supply levels and PPE compliance

What You Bring:

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to read, count, and perform basic math
  • Familiarity with hand tools and paint line work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
