Job description

We are hiring an experienced Senior .NET & Crystal Developer to design, build, and support critical software applications, enterprise reporting systems, and healthcare platforms.

Position Highlights

  • Role Level: Developer 3
  • Location: Atlanta, GA (Must be local to Metro Atlanta)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site days as directed)
  • Interview Process: WebCam or In-Person

Core Responsibilities

  • SQL & Database Engineering: Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to back core software applications.
  • Reporting & Application Development: Design, build, and maintain Crystal Reports, Forms, Widgets, and .NET web applications/services.
  • Low-Code Solutions: Leverage PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to digitize workflows and business processes.
  • System Maintenance & Modernization: Support, upgrade, and debug existing legacy solutions while contributing to modern IT application architectures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ Years Experience in custom application development.
  • C# / .NET: Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET Web Framework.
  • Database & SQL: Extensive background in Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and complex reporting logic.
  • Reporting Tools: Deep hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and custom form design.
  • Power Platform: Practical experience using PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Version Control: Hands-on experience with version control tools (Azure DevOps / Git).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • EHR & Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with Hospital Electronic Health Record workflows (eMAR, Order Entry, Medication Dispensing, ADT, Assessments).
  • Specialized Systems: Exposure to clinical/healthcare software platforms like MyAvatar, RxConnect, or Dentrix.
