VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking an Acquisition Contract Analyst to support a NAVSEA program office located in Crystal City, VA. This is a hybrid position reporting on-site 3 days/week.ย 
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented and have Navy/DoD acquisition contract experience and familiar with Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
Responsibilities:

  • Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition contract management support to the PAE Mission Systems Program Office
  • Assist with drafting and maintaining acquisition documents, such as acquisition plans, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), purchase requests, Class or Justification and Approval (J&A), Justification and Approval for International Agreements, Statement of Works (SOWs), Determination and Findings (D&F), Technical Advisory Reports, and Technical Instructions (TI)
  • Track and analyze post-award contract status, financial allocations, obligations, expenditures, and fund allocation
  • Support needs assessments, examining program data to identify trends, risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
  • Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letters and memoranda, and tracking action items
  • Build strong working relationships with cross functional teams to facilitate and achieve program goals and objectives
