About The Role & Team
Webull Pay is the digital asset/crypto arm of Webull Group, empowering users to buy, sell, transfer, and manage cryptocurrencies through a secure and intuitive platform. As part of the broader Webull ecosystem, we are committed to building trust in the digital asset economy through operational excellence, transparency, and customer-first innovation.
The Trading Systems Support Senior Associate will be part of the Webull Pay Operations team, supporting the daily trading activity as well as vendor integration and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and an ability to work with global teams across multiple timezones.
The Senior Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Risk, Compliance, Product, and Treasury-to support seamless and compliant operational workflows across Webull Pay's crypto and fiat rails. This position reports to the Director of Operations
In This Role, You Will
  • Deliver expert frontline support for digital asset trading applications, resolving production incidents quickly
  • Perform root cause analysis and lead post-incident reviews
  • Communicate incident status, impact, and remediation plans to business and technology stakeholders
  • Enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve system stability
  • Partner with development teams to design and support scalable, resilient solutions

The Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a trading systems support role
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

This role is based in our St Pete Global HQ (200 Carillon Pkwy, FL), where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. The base salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
