Here's the bit about the opportunity:

As part of the Fireblocks' US Enterprise sales team, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. You'll be:

  • Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Selling multiple product lines into payments companies
  • Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and  customers
  • Prospecting, territory, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

Requirements:

  • Experience selling within the Financial Services industry to line-of-business executives
  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, with a track record selling into payments companies, PSPs, card networks, or fintech infrastructure providers
  • Working knowledge of payments infrastructure, settlement, treasury operations, cross-border payments, stablecoins, or money movement rails
  • Strong technical baseline understanding of modern SaaS application architectures, including APIs, and distributed applications
  • Proven track record of selling into CIO, CTO, architecture, and platform engineering and shared services teams
  • Ability to co-sell and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles alongside core account teams.
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in highly competitive markets.
  • Ability to translate complex technical platform capabilities into tangible business value for both executives and developers.

We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees. We are looking for A players who want to work with the best.  Track record of success and closing complex deals within the financial services or fintech sectors.

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $128,000- $168,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits. While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.
