Job description

  • Assistwith daily coordination of bulk tanker deliveries for cryogenic products (e.g.,liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, CO, hydrogen).
  • Support scheduling and routing to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effectivedelivery to customers across industrial, medical, and specialty markets.
  • Monitor fleet activity-including tractors, cryogenic tank trailers, and tubetrailers-to help ensure proper utilization and alignment with demand.
  • Work with drivers to verify load information, delivery instructions, andproduct-specific handling requirements.
  • Helpensure adherence to DOT, OSHA, and industry-specific regulations for thetransport of hazardous materials and cryogenic liquids
  • Support audits, driver file maintenance, and documentation needed forregulatory compliance and internal safety programs
  • Promote safety best practices, including PPE use, product handling protocols,and adherence to company safety standards and transportation policies
  • Assistin coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs for fleet equipment,including cryogenic systems, valves, pumps, and trailers
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inspections, service logs, and compliancecertifications
  • Communicatewith maintenance teams to support equipment uptime and reliability
  • Collect,organize, and analyze operational data such as route performance, deliverymetrics, and equipment utilization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics planning, routeoptimization, and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare reports to support decision making and communicate trends, issues, oropportunities to leadership.
  • Assist in addressing customerdelivery questions, service concerns, or order status updates.
  • Coordinate with operations, production plants, customer service, sales, andmaintenance teams to align distribution needs with business goals.
  • Help ensure consistent service reliability, especially for customers withcritical supply requirements (medical, manufacturing, food & beverage,energy, etc.).
