As the only dedicated pediatric post-acute provider in New England and an affiliate of Boston Children's Hospital, we strive to help every child reach their fullest potential in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of clinical experience to join our multidisciplinary medical unit team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically complex pediatric patients, collaborating closely with physicians, rehabilitation therapists, respiratory therapists, social workers, and other care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients recovering from acute illness, trauma, or chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with respiratory therapy to care for medically complex children with tracheostomies
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.
