The candidate has a degree in business/marketing with exemplary project management skills, creative story-telling abilities to be able to craft clear, concise, and compelling results-oriented briefs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages the Onboard Marketing for assigned Maritime Operations cruise lines and departments, executing annual marketing plan and marketing projects, including spa brochures, menus, price lists, promotional materials, banners, posters, digital signage and video content
  • Identify business opportunities with cruise partners while preserving brand guidelines and requirements, maintaining strong relationships to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  • Develops campaigns with Cruise Line partners and cross-functional teams to market the spa pre-cruise, onboard and post cruise to meet yearly revenue goals
  • Execute each Cruise Line's annual marketing plan in consultation with Cruise Line brand Director of Spa Operations, and/or Modality Department Directors
  • Craft and develop comprehensive project/creative briefs that provide clear direction on content and product information for ad agencies, graphic designers and print production team for each marketing campaign
  • Serve as the liaison alongside the Director of Spa Operations between the Marketing Department and Cruise Line on the tactical campaigns, creative and promotional plans
  • Work with department directors to introduce tactical initiatives, activations and seminars that strengthen and support the marketing strategy and drive guest acquisition.
  • Launch new products and services for each Cruise Line brand and Modality Department
  • Manage new content requests and schedules for each Cruise Line's Marketing Plan
  • Prepare presentations supporting marketing initiatives for assigned Cruise Lines
  • Maintain frequent, active engagement with Cruise Lines to verify alignment, pull-through, and two-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to initiatives
  • Verify all spa marketing is in alignment with brand voice and all collateral is as per brand standard guidelines
  • Work with traffic manager to keep each creative job on budget and timely delivery for each Cruise Line
  • Attend meetings and training as required by management•

Financial Responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business, communications or similar.
  • A minimum of five (5-7) years of experience in Marketing, Integrated Communications, or related Business
  • A minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience
  • Proven project management and creative acumen
  • Spa, Health and Wellness and Travel/Cruise experience a plus

  • Strong content writing/editing skills
  • Ability to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professional with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously.
