What is a cruise concierge?

Cruise concierges are hospitality professionals onboard cruise ships who assist guests with a variety of personalized services, including booking shore excursions, making dining reservations, and handling special requests. They act as a liaison between guests and ship staff, ensuring that passengers have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their voyage. Concierges often provide expert advice on activities, entertainment, and destinations, striving to enhance every aspect of the guest's journey.
