  • The Rooms Division Attendant is responsible for exceeding Rooms Division targets, reducing friction points, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience. They take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
  • The Rooms Division Attendant maintains the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols. They prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues. They promptly set up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events. They responsibly use consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste. They maintain assigned equipment clean and in good condition.
  • The Rooms Division Attendant is knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information. They embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials. They share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues.
