Position Overview :

  • MDM (Mobile Device Management) – (team is using Kandji MDM, but other MDMs are okay eg Intune, AirWatch etc ).
  • MacOS exp is a must have
  • IDP/IAM/PAM – Okta is what they use (any other tools is also okay)
  • Wi-Fi,  End User Support Transitioning large number of SASE applications
  • Will be working with a lot of connectivity and API’s
  • Working knowledge of Secure Web Gateway tools (e.g., end-to-end encryption, malware detection, data loss prevention, web filtering, SASE)
  • Working knowledge of SCIM deployment and management
  • Mobile device management (securing laptops
  • Crowdstrike/Antivirus
  • Okta (identity provider solutions)
  • Netskope (Secure web gateway tools)
  • MacOS - They're working on MacOS machines, must have some sort of experience with MacOS
  • Meraki
  • PAM/IAM – Must have
  • MDM – Kanji/Intune - Must have some mobile device management experience
  • Need to be mid-level, should have 3-5 years’ experience with above listed tools – Does not need to be specific vendors, but need to have experience with the skills.
