Location: Farmington, UT (Cubiscan is moving! This position is currently based in Farmington, UT, with an anticipated relocation to our new Ogden facility in June 2026)

Job Summary: The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting data integration solutions for Cubiscan customers and internal systems. This role focuses on building automated processes using REST APIs, SQL, and other data exchange methods to ensure accurate and efficient data flow. This position combines technical execution with customer interaction, requiring close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and onboarding partners. The Data Integration Specialist plays a key role in data mapping, system integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, while also contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and administer the full data integration lifecycle, including onboarding, data review, mapping, testing, and deployment
• Work directly with customers to identify integration requirements and define data mapping solutions
• Develop and maintain automated data integration processes using REST, SQL, and other technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, including file transfers and interface connections (TCP, RS232)
• Document integration processes, mappings, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with Onboarding Coordinators to support successful customer implementations
• Partner with Sales and internal teams to support integration-related needs
• Provide data enhancement services and ongoing support to customers
• Support internal teams with training, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and tools

Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with REST APIs, ODBC connections, and data integration processes
• Knowledge of relational databases and general database design principles
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of complex issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and adapt communication styles to meet customer and team needs
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adjust to changing demands
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with C# and familiarity with Visual Studio
• Previous customer service or client-facing experience
• Experience supporting onboarding or implementation processes
