Job description

Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is offering a guaranteed salary of $325,000 for annual salary (guaranteed for the first 12 months), board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologists to join our clinics in Marion, IL, and Mt. Vernon, IL. A sign-on bonus of $36,000 is also available. While the primary practice location will be at Deaconess IL Medical Center, the role will occasionally include working at Deaconess IL Crossroads Hospital in Mt. Vernon. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your practice in a region with high demand for endocrinology services.

In addition to a competitive salary, the position offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 
  • Practice Type: Outpatient only, full clinic/ambulatory position.
  • Certification: Candidates must be BC/BE.
  • Salary Structure: Competitive base salary with an incentive compensation plan.
