You may also be responsible for organizing your work area, maintaining your tools, and communicating with clients or team members about project specifications and timelines. In larger organizations or craft businesses, you might collaborate with designers, quality controllers, or other artisans to ensure the final products meet high standards. The role often involves balancing multiple projects simultaneously and managing deadlines for commissioned or retail pieces.
